…because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.
James 1:6
More belief equals less doubt.
Are you like the wave?
Blown and tossed?
Fear not, the Lord is with you.
Is your faith choked out?
Drowned by fear?
With outstreatched hand, He’ll save you.
Do you believe this?
Then why doubt?
Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?”

Thank you!
Hi Scotti! Glad to see you are still at it. If you ever publish, I’m buyin’!
If I recall correctly, we are asked “not to fear” more than any other request/command in the Bible. “Do I believe this?” Yes. Then why, at times, do I still fear? Lord, in my weakness, pour in your strength.

Hi David! Thanks for your kind words. I am still writing but just haven’t been taking the time to update my blog! Your stained glass work is amazing!
Just posted “Rescued But Still Needy” about the same scripture you have used 🙂 … I love the way the Lord ‘re-enforces’ His messages to our hearts.
Thank you, poetrycottege, for taking time to comment. I will check out your blog!
