I Wait

I wait for the Lord, I expectantly wait, and in His word do I hope. – Psalm 130:5

With all of my heart,
I wait for the Lord, 
like darkness longs for the dawn.
If the Lord kept a record of wrongs, 
I would not stand a chance.
But in God I find unfailing love 
and full redemption.
