Grace Upon Grace

For from Christ’s fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.

John 1:16

The new covenant
full of grace and truth
given out of love,
from the Holy One.
With unending grace
new life has begun,
True love without end
our hearts, Christ has won.

Covering our sin
by mercy and grace,
from heaven above
by faith we begin.
A free gift so rich,
love showered within,
no promise undone
in Jesus the Son.
