Very nice poem, Scotti. We’ll be talking about the love of God in Sunday school this month, so I’ve been musing on it a lot lately. We love God with a “because of” love, because of Calvary, because of His forgiveness, etc. The amazing thing about His love for us is that He loves us with an “in spite of” love, in spite of our sinfulness, rebellion, selfishness, etc. There is no love like the love of God!

A mystery woman, eh? hee hee… I don’t mean to be such a mystery, but I do want to maintain the focus of this blog as a place to adore my Savior. I have been intentional about not making it too much about me. I am so glad to see that you have set up a forum at Lindenville and look forward to chiming in occasionally. I tend to be a person of few words (not very talkative) which I think is why I enjoy writing so much (that is, forming poetry to express an emotion). Thank you again for including me in the Cafe. I am so encouraged when I ‘make the rounds’ at Lindenville.

I just wanted to come over and say hi. I saw your name on TotalTransformation’s blog. I was looking for information on INFJ-Counsellor personality types and his blog popped up. I am also and INFJ and it was scary accurate. Some of the descriptives were off a little bit and others the complete opposite but overall it was extrememly accurate. Especially when it mentioned anything regarding empathy. Since were are only 2% of the population, I needed to say hi. Drop over and visit my blog sometime. Greetings. The title says it so perfectly. “He first loved us” with a perfect love that defies explanation. Hereby perceive we the love of God, that he laid down his life for us. Jesus Christ, who is from everlasting, stepped out of eternity and died for our sins so that we could be with him forever.
Thanks for stopping by last week. I found myself in a strange situation, but apparently a number of folks have gone through the same thing. Thanks for the encouragement.
