Jesus said, “I tell you the truth, you will weep and mourn over what is going to happen to me, but the world will rejoice. You will grieve, but your grief will suddenly turn to wonderful joy.” – John 16:20
Aroma sweet like honeydew,
with scents that always sing.
White pendant bell-shaped finery,
still bowing to the King.
Her nectar feeds the butterflies,
the moths, and also bees.
In lowly fields, her petals wave,
so gently in the breeze.
From Mary's tears born these.

This is beautiful. I like Lilies of the Valley, and I like the name referencing the Blessed Mother.

I love legends where tears turn into flowers. Lily of the Valley reminds me of my grandma. She had a nice patch of them and always a bouquet perfuming the inside of the house.

The Madonna is an enigmatic figure. Well loved by many. And that’s good.
