Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Psalm 103:1-5
I praise Your holy name, Lord! Lord, I praise You with all my heart. Heart overflowing with peace, peace in knowing You will never part. I praise Your Holy Name, Yahweh! Yahweh, You bring rest to my soul. Soul rest that only you can offer, offer out of love to make me whole. I praise Your Holy Name, Adonai! Adonai, You are the Lord, Lord God, You are my treasure, treasure in heaven stored. I praise your Holy Name, Elohim! Elohim, when the devil takes aim, aim at my soul, You are there to protect, protect my soul, the one You claim. I praise Your Holy Name, El Shaddai! El Shaddai, you saved from that pit, pit so dark, but I am redeemed, redeemed by love, I will never forget. I praise Your holy name, Abba! Abba, grace and mercy You give, give so freely even though I am unworthy, unworthy of this eternal life I live. I praise Your holy name, Messiah! Messiah, You bless me with good things, things seen and unseen and so I, I will forever praise You as my soul sings. Poetry type: Loop poetry
