Firmly Fixed

After you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace—who has called you into His eternal glory in Messiah—will Himself restore, support, strengthen, and establish you.

1 Peter 5:10

Our God of great and boundless grace has spoken,
we are always invited to His table,
where He heals and restores that which is broken.

So firmly fixed as only He is able,
God Himself is the eternal foundation,
for He is unchanging, constant, and stable.

Sweet knowing from the soul gives attestation,
because His grace is far more than we expect,
confirming He is our rock of salvation.

Even through hardship, He is there to protect,
He stands at the door but most won’t hear His knock.
And yet without Him, we are nothing but wrecked.

With kindness and calming peace, He guides our walk.
forever to still waters, He leads His flock.
